Refunds and Returns Policy for CollagenCraft

Thank you for shopping at CollagenCraft. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Our Refunds and Returns Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order.

1. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return and refund, please ensure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 30 days from CollagenCraft.
  • The product is in its original packaging, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products.

2. Non-returnable Items

Please note that certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

3. Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Support team at support@collagencraft.com with your order number and details about the product you wish to return. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.
  2. Prepare your package for return. Pack your item securely, ensuring that you include the original receipt or proof of purchase, and the RAN provided by our Customer Support team.
  3. Send your package to the following address:

Note: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

5. Exchanges

If you need to exchange a product for the same item, send us an email at support@collagencraft.com and send your item to our business address.

6. Damaged or Faulty Products

If you received a damaged or faulty product, please notify us immediately for assistance. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost or provide you with a full refund.
